Hi, I’m Danielle — founder of DesignWise Learning.

 

As an experienced Instructional Designer with nearly 10 years in the field, I have a passion for creating engaging, impactful learning experiences that resonate with adult audiences. My work often focuses on enhancing soft skills and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, where thoughtful design can make the strongest impact; however, I also specialize in creating technically focused content, translating complex or abstract concepts into clear, accessible learning experiences for every audience.

In early 2025, I founded DesignWise Learning to take my expertise beyond a single organization. Through freelance instructional design, I’ve been able to collaborate with companies across a variety of industries, each project inspiring me to think strategically and keep my skills sharp.
